This is a "song" (if you can call it that) I wrote back in 1984. I was only 15 and I was making fun of all the fad diets not "fat people" (as my ex-wife liked to accuse me of doing). When I sing it (very rare) It kind of goes like the song that has the line "My mama done told me...." (which of course I don't know the name of). In any case here it is for what ever it is worth.
